Well it is the Latvian ritual dressing of newlyweds as Mr. and Mrs
Bouth-Mr. and Mrs wears hats, make promeses and kises and then the official wedding is over and the dances can start or they can go sleep if they tired:)
The hats in the photos is custome order and are not so traditional look on a very traditional ritual!
